Jeff Crissey is the Content Director. In his role, Crissey is responsible for maintaining excellent content, improving online audience development, and increasing readers’ knowledge of business and safety-related industry issues. Crissey holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Auburn University and has been a member of Randall-Reilly staff for 18 years, where his coverage of industry topics has earned numerous regional and national awards over the years.

Marcia Doyle was inducted into the Construction Writers Association Hall of Fame (lifetime achievement award) in 2012. Along with her team, she has won numerous other awards from the CWA, as well as a Jesse H. Neal Award, awards from Folio magazine, and several from the American Society of Business Publication Editors. Marcia Doyle has been a construction industry journalist for more than 30 years and has served as editor-in-chief of Equipment World since its inception in 1989. She is a past president of the Construction Writers Association and has served on its board for many years. Prior to joining Randall-Reilly she worked as a writer for the Associated Construction Publications.

Prescott Shibles joined Randall-Reilly in 2014. In his current role as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Equipment division, he oversees growth and development. Prior, Shibles served as Chief Digital and Marketing Officer for Advantage Media and as CEO of Vital Business Media. He was recognized by Min on their Best of the Web and Digital Innovators lists.
Sr. Client Success Manager / Data / Randall-Reilly
Mason joined Randall-Reilly in 1999 and currently supports data clients in each of our industrial vertical markets and leads the Industrial team in Client Success. Mason earned a Bachelors degree from NC State University, and has prior work experience in facility and fleet management for a major utility, and in service management for telecom and emergency power contractors. Mason brings a strong focus on client needs, critical thinking and creative approaches to resolving issues.

Over her 20 years with Randall-Reilly, Emily Larson has served as a sales representative, Associate Publisher, Brand Manager, Director of Media Operations, and Director of Marketing Operations. In her current role as the Director of Trucking Sales, she manages over ten people selling data and digital services. Formerly, Emily worked at Meredith Publishing in Des Moines, running events for Successful Farming Magazine. Emily received her Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Science from Truman State University in Missouri.

Carolyn Mason is the Director of Content Marketing. Her role includes creating custom content for clients who want to reach audience segments in trucking, construction, landscape and dealer markets. She also supervises the development of content directed at advertisers, that delivers insights on the use of data, media and digital in marketing and sales. Prior to joining Randall-Reilly, she was a contributing editor for Overdrive, CCJ, Total Landscape Care and Truckers News. Mason’s freelance work includes writing for newspapers, magazines and digital publications while also serving as an adjunct instructor in the Honor’s College and Journalism department at the University of Alabama. Mason enjoys traveling, hiking, running and teaching.

Laura Hoover joined Randall-Reilly in 2016 as a Data Analyst, helping Randall-Reilly’s clients leverage EDA and RigDig data to support data-driven sales and marketing strategies. She is currently the Product Manager for Randall-Reilly’s trucking data products. Laura has a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management and Technology Management from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. Prior to joining Randall-Reilly, Laura moved around the US with Schneider National, managing fleets of company drivers and advising owner-operators in day to day operations, safety, and compliance.
Senior Director, Digital Marketing / Randall-Reilly
Melissa joined the Randall-Reilly team in 2016 as a National Account Executive. In her current role as Senior Director of Digital Marketing, she strategizes with our sales team and clients in industrial markets to develop digital campaigns that will effectively reach their target audience and help them achieve their win. Prior to joining Randall-Reilly, Melissa worked for a development company that builds and manages large retirement communities. While there, she launched the start of their Social Media and Search Engine Marketing efforts. In her free time, she enjoys CrossFit and running.

Steve Miller began his time at Randall-Reilly 19 years ago. He quickly distinguished himself as a strategic salesperson and as a great asset to his clients. Steve works with OEMs in transportation, agriculture, and construction helping them craft marketing campaigns around their brands and dealer networks. He is the father of 4 children and spends his free time in the outdoors hunting and fishing.
Digital Marketing Subject Matter Expert / Randall-Reilly
David joined Randall-Reilly in October of 2009 in digital media sales where he helped clients utilize technology to solve business processes through app and website development. In his current role as a Digital Marketing Subject Matter Expert, David researches and provides innovative products and solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Prior to joining Randall-Reilly, David worked for a uniform rental company where he improved sales retention and customer service training. David enjoys fishing, tennis, and spending time with his four boys.

Nick Reid came over to Randall-Reilly in 2008 with the acquisition of eVision Marketing Group. Showing tremendous leadership and initiative, he was promoted to his current position of Executive Vice President. Reid has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Alabama and holds a Masters in Business from Carnegie Mellon. He was previously employed by Hewlett Packard and has worked in online media since 2004. Besides writing complicated code, he enjoys working outside on his skid steer.

Michael is a leader with a reputation for generating performance for clients and fostering sales team development. He was most recently the Head of Automotive for Gannett/USA Today Network, where he developed their go-to-market strategy. Prior to that, he held executive level positions with Cox Automotive and CitiFinancial Auto. Michael resides in Charlotte, with his wife and five sons.

During his 21-year career with Randall- Reilly, Michael has been instrumental in the development of the company’s digital initiatives. He served as director of web development, director of digital services for construction and construction national accounts executive.

Jason joined Randall-Reilly in 2012 as Online Editor for Hard Working Trucks, Successful
Dealer and Truck Parts & Service, sister brands to CCJ. He focuses on Class 8 trucks, trailers and related components. Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Alabama, Birmingham and a Class A commercial drivers license.

Bryan joined Randall-Reilly in 2006 as a Construction Product Manager. Showing enormous leadership and initiative, he was promoted to the Director of Sales. His current position is a National Account Executive, helping clients leverage target audiences in branding and lead generation initiatives. He attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
