Jeff Crissey is the Editor of Commercial Carrier Journal. In his role, Crissey is responsible for maintaining the excellent print editorial product, improving online audience development, and increasing CCJ readers’ knowledge of business and safety-related industry issues. Crissey holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Auburn University and has been a member of Randall-Reilly Publishing’s editorial staff for 17 years, where his coverage of industry topics has earned numerous regional and national awards over the years.

Marcia Doyle was inducted into the Construction Writers Association Hall of Fame (lifetime achievement award) in 2012. Along with her team, she has won numerous other awards from the CWA, as well as a Jesse H. Neal Award, awards from Folio magazine, and several from the American Society of Business Publication Editors. Marcia Doyle has been a construction industry journalist for more than 30 years and has served as editor-in-chief of Equipment World since its inception in 1989. She is a past president of the Construction Writers Association and has served on its board for many years. Prior to joining Randall-Reilly she worked as a writer for the Associated Construction Publications.

Prescott Shibles joined Randall-Reilly in 2014. As Senior Vice President of Data, Shibles manages our team responsible for EDA and RigDig Business Intelligence, while overseeing Randall-Reilly’s corporate audience intelligence assets. He and his team are tasked with on-boarding offline audience data and developing predictive profiling, audience targeting, and magazine circulation. Prior, Shibles served as Chief Digital and Marketing Officer for Advantage Media and as CEO of Vital Business Media. He was recognized by Min on their Best of the Web and Digital Innovators lists.

Scott Miller joined Randall-Reilly in February of 2000 in sales. With his unique strategic abilities, he founded the recruiting division of Randall-Reilly. In 2012 he was promoted to his current position of Senior Vice President of Sales overseeing many of the strategic developments at the company. Scott served in the Air Force from 1992-1996. He previously worked for an industrial paper supply house where he received training in managing customer service and sales. When Scott isn’t fishing, he’s planning an elaborate new strategy just for fun.

Julie Arsenault oversees corporate communications and marketing for Randall-Reilly, focusing on creating value and clarity for clients. Before coming to Randall-Reilly, she was Creative Director for the award-winning internet marketing firm, WSI Webworks. While there, she developed integrated marketing strategies for a wide variety of businesses across the United States. Julie joined Randall-Reilly in August 2011. When she’s not trying to read everything on the internet, she’s usually teaching herself something like Spanish or web development.

Scott Evanson is the CEO of Smart Rhino Labs, a division of Randall-Reilly based in Draper City, Utah, where he plays a major role in creating vision and driving strategy for the Smart Rhino Labs team. Since Randall-Reilly’s acquisition of Smart Rhino labs in March 2018, Scott and his team have successfully applied Smart Rhino Labs’ data-driven approach to high-volume recruiting to Randall-Reilly’s client base in the trucking industry. Scott’s expertise has helped to broaden Randall-Reilly’s perspective on the market and further their reach in the other industries Randall-Reilly serves.

Laura Hoover joined Randall-Reilly in 2016 as a Data Analyst on the Professional Services team. Her role includes helping Randall-Reilly’s clients leverage EDA and RigDig data to identify and measure prospect opportunities for data-driven sales and marketing strategies. Most recently, Laura has been supporting clients with initiatives to integrate data into CRM platforms, develop custom prospect profiling, and analyze quote volume to lost sales. Laura has a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management and Technology Management from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. Prior to joining Randall-Reilly, Laura moved around the US with Schneider National, managing fleets of company drivers and advising owner-operators in day to day operations, safety, and compliance.

Melissa joined the Randall-Reilly team as a National Account Executive, helping clients leverage target audiences in branding and lead generation initiatives. In 2018, she was promoted to Director of Digital Services, strategizing with our sales team and clients in industrial markets to develop digital campaigns that will effectively reach their target audience and help them achieve their win. Prior to joining Randall-Reilly, Melissa worked for a development company that builds and manages large retirement communities. While there, she launched the start of their Social Media and Search Engine Marketing efforts. In her free time, she enjoys CrossFit and running.

David’s career at Randall-Reilly began in 2012 as the content editor for the corporate marketing team. In his current role as Senior Director of Marketing, David drives the company’s strategy for content marketing, lead generation, and digital advertising. He has a passion for storytelling and crafting marketing campaigns. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, coaching football, playing drums, and building furniture.

McKensie joined Randall-Reilly in February of 2017. She holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology and a Graduate Minor in Quantitative Statistics from The University of Alabama. With her background in research and statistics, McKensie spends her time working with account teams to customize strategy for individual clients’ needs. McKensie enjoys spending hours of her time in spreadsheets as well as traveling the world with her husband (and has been to over 20 different countries!).

William Ortiz is responsible for competitively harnessing the power of Randall-Reilly’s data, media and digital marketing assets for sales enablement. Prior to joining the Randall-Reilly family, William created strategies to build brand affinity, client retention and defend against competitive threats for Time Warner Cable and JPMorgan Chase, among others. His work has been consistently awarded for creativity and effectiveness on both the client and ad agency sides of businesses over a period of more than 20 years. When he’s not working on a new strategy, he’s likely adding new music to his collection or plotting his next guitar purchase.

Tami Barré joined Randall-Reilly as a Client Success Manager. Her skill at identifying and using tools and processes to optimize client satisfaction put her on a fast-track for her current role. As the Vice President of Client Experience, she manages the Data Services and Sales Administration Teams, the Client Success Team, and oversees Content Development. Tami previously held client, sales, and marketing roles at several telecommunications firms, including NORSTAR Networks and BellSouth, all with impressive, measurable accomplishments. Tami recently completed a twenty-year stint as a soccer mom to her four children, who played at highly competitive levels, with an assist from her husband.
