Michelle Gauer


Partner Manager / Facebook

Michelle is a Partner Manager for the North America Global Business Group Organization. She manages a mixed portfolio of agencies, educating them with an understanding of Facebook’s diverse product range to reach success on Facebook. Before Facebook, Michelle was an Account Executive at Yelp, where she worked directly with a mix of local businesses, franchisees and national brands. When she’s not working, you can find Michelle trying out new restaurants or going on long weekend trips with friends.

Scott Miller


Senior Vice President of Sales / Randall-Reilly

Scott Miller joined Randall-Reilly in February of 2000 in sales. With his unique strategic abilities, he founded the recruiting division of Randall-Reilly. In 2012 he was promoted to his current position of Senior Vice President of Sales overseeing many of the strategic developments at the company. Scott served in the Air Force from 1992-1996. He previously worked for an industrial paper supply house where he received training in managing customer service and sales. When Scott isn’t fishing, he’s planning an elaborate new strategy just for fun.



Senior Director of Marketing / Randall-Reilly

David’s career at Randall-Reilly began in 2012 as the content editor for the corporate marketing team. In this role he maintained the corporate blog, developed sales presentations, and created content resources for both salespeople and content marketing campaigns. Showing an aptitude for strategy and creative thinking, he was promoted to his current role as Senior Director of Marketing.

Seth Becker


Director of Media Sales / Randall-Reilly

Seth joined Randall-Reilly in 2017, and brought 14 years of progressively responsible experience in leadership. He has helped maximize productivity in two different Fortune 500 companies. After learning of his success as an enrollment manager at University of Phoenix, Knight Transportation brought Seth on to help direct its driver recruiting program and ensure the continuous growth and development of both recruiters and their managers. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Masters in Business Administration.

Daniel Buckhannan


National Account Executive / Randall-Reilly

Daniel came to Randall-Reilly in 2015 bringing with him a wealth of experience in driver recruiting. With more than 10 years of experience in trucking, Daniel has been both a recruiter and director of recruiting for companies such as CRST Malone, BR Williams, and Bagget Services Inc. He earned a degree in marketing from Jacksonville State University.



Co-Founder, CEO / Smart Rhino Labs

Scott Evanson is the CEO of Smart Rhino Labs, a division of Randall-Reilly based in Draper City, Utah, where he plays a major role in creating vision and driving strategy for the Smart Rhino Labs team. Since Randall-Reilly’s acquisition of Smart Rhino labs in March 2018, Scott and his team have successfully applied Smart Rhino Labs’ data-driven approach to high-volume recruiting to Randall-Reilly’s client base in the trucking industry. Scott’s expertise has helped to broaden Randall-Reilly’s perspective on the market and further their reach in the other industries Randall-Reilly serves.

Kyle Jernigan


Director of Digital Strategy / Randall-Reilly

In 1999, Kyle began his career in online driver recruiting as one of the first employees with eVision Marketing Group. His career path has taken him from calling fleets and asking if they even had a website to leading organic and search marketing optimization efforts. At Randall-Reilly, Kyle pioneered the creation of vertical-focused teams in the digital marketing, development, and sales departments. In his current role as Director of Digital Strategy, Kyle applies his industry knowledge and technical and marketing expertise to improve programs for clients across all industries.



Senior Vice President, Digital Services / Randall-Reilly

Nick Reid came over to Randall-Reilly in 2008 with the acquisition of eVision Marketing Group. Showing tremendous leadership and initiative he was promoted to his current position of Senior Vice President of Digital Services. Under his leadership the department has grown exponentially. Nick has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Alabama and holds a Masters in Business from Carnegie Mellon. He was previously employed by Hewlett Packard and has worked in online media since 2004. Besides writing complicated code, he enjoys working outside on his skid steer.

Kim Walker


Senior Manager of Client Services / Randall-Reilly

Kim Walker is a Senior Manager of Client Services at Randall-Reilly. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Business Management from Auburn University and a Master’s in Business Management from The University of Alabama. With a diverse background in service, administration, and HR, Kim leverages those skills to serve as a Google Ads Subject Matter Expert and manage a dynamic team through active growth. While not at work, she most likely has her nose buried in a book, is crocheting, or traveling with her husband.

McKensie Worley


Senior Account Strategist / Randall-Reilly

McKensie joined Randall-Reilly in February of 2017. She holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology and a Graduate Minor in Quantitative Statistics from The University of Alabama. With her background in research and statistics, McKensie spends her time working with account teams to customize strategy for individual clients’ needs. McKensie enjoys spending hours of her time in spreadsheets as well as traveling the world with her husband (and has been to over 20 different countries!).
